The  images  are  of ( Thomas  Edison’s ) Frankenstein ( A ) , Clara  Bow  in  Wings ( B ) , William  Shatner in  Incubus ( C )  and  Boris  Karloff  in  The  Ghoul ( D ) . All  of  them  are  movies  which  were considered  lost  but  rediscovered  later . Such  movies  are  referred  to  as  “Lazarus”  films  after  the  eponymous  biblical  character who  is  restored  to  life  by  Jesus .

It  took  the  blog  topper  to  crack  this  one . All  hail  Anil  Raghavan ! I’ll  give  half  credits  to  CATD  for  getting  the  funda  correct .
